The back yard, screened room and walking paths encourage one to sit down, relax and while away a bit of time.
Grilling and entertaining on the back deck is convenient and shaded by the large trees. 
The 'back woods' is a half acre with paths and a secluded screened room - great for looking at the birds and enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee or tea.
